• Job Details:-Worked on large scale projects in Construction Document phases Produced plans, elevations, sections and details. -Responsible for the preparation of the schematic architectural design, the Tender architectural design and detailed drawings for numerous of the design products. -Responsible for the area analysis for all design products (Residential, Commercial and Administrative) & Prepare the SAP sheets to upload on the system. -Apply space planning and design solutions by utilizing codes and vision to achieve a final integrated design and authorities approvals. -Lead projects from the conceptual stage to development until the production of the final construction drawings. -Developed measured drawings from visiting project sites. -Designed preliminary plans for owner's approval. -Demonstrated thorough knowledge of building codes, and specifications. -Provided red lines for CAD details and revisions for issuing drawings. -Coordinated with all engineering disciplines for document submitting. -Prepare all the marketing kits (Brochures, Contract copies & launching boards). -Lead all business procedures for the design office.
