• Job Details:Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Encourage creativity by organizing art and craft projects. Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities with prepared lesson plans. Indulge students with games, music, artwork, flashcards, visual stories, and smart boards in my classes. Teach using STEM and Blended Learning approaches and activities. Manage and monitor students, teachers, admins, and teachers by establishing clear rules and guidelines for the sake of the educational organization we are working for.

English HODFull Time

• Job Details:Supervise staff to ensure that all responsibilities are met and exceeded. Set a grading policy and select the appropriate categories to evaluate and assess Teachers and Students. Monitor and communicate benchmark exams, standardized tests and comparing data in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, teaching and improvement. Report results to the vice principal and the academic director. Use effective presentation skills when addressing students, staff, parents, and the community. Conduct department meetings regularly, carry agendas to and from higher meetings. Aid in Staff development to expand and improve skills. Develop with individual staff members a Professional Improvement Plan. Provide opportunities for effective staff development that address the needs of the instructional program, including, workshops, conferences, visitations, demonstration lessons and sessions in which the staff shares successful practices and strategies.
