• Job Details:Helping our Delivery Agent on the ground on their delivery process every day, following up with the customers if they need any assistance or have any inquiries, communicate with the other departments on the company like sales ,purchasing, finance and etc to cooperate to deliver the best customer experience and as well my main rule is to help our delivery agents with anything he they needs to deliver the order to our customers
