• Job Details:• Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teleperformance Egypt (May 2022: Present) o Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. o Determining selection criteria. o Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks o Conducting second and technical interviews for mass hiring accounts. o Allocating talents according to English level and position requirements. o Arranging and sending job offers to qualified candidates • HR Recruitment Specialist at Teleperformance Egypt (October 2021: May 2022) o Receiving the monthly hiring plan, analyzing it and starting sourcing to find the qualified calibers. o Filtering the applications and starting the screening process based on the required criteria. o Interviewing the applicants and inviting those who passed the first phase to the second phase. o Following up with the applicants till they get hired.
