• Job Details:-Gathering shipping lines freight rates and negotiate till getting the best Frt. /terms /conditions. - Prepare & send offers to our target clients. - Coordinating with our client to arrange booking, trucking & order the truckers. - Prepare & send shipping declarations to shipping lines & trucking order to truckers. - Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments. - Review Ocean B/L to match the received shipping declaration - Issue shipments Invoices to our client. - Co-operate with The Financial Dept. to ensure collecting payment of the issued invoices on time

• Job Details:• Arrange sea cargo bookings with carriers, co-loaders and agents. • Organize with transportation vendors on shipment deliveries. • Making a shipping declaration with the shipping line direct. • Issue HB/L and follow up with clients any requirement or Amendment. • Follow up with agents abroad for B/L and financial affairs • Handling a management the supply chain& logistics steps. • Coordinate clients and shipping lines to give the best prices for our client and also maintain our company profit. • Coordinate sea import shipments with carriers, agents andconsignee. • Coordinate sea import FCL/LCL shipments and their respectivedocumentations. • Handle the clearance and delivery of import sea freightshipments. • Coordinating and monitoring of drivers day to day activities related tocargo service.
