• Job Details:●SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for main customer. ● Manage LAN / IPAM and Security changes of multiple customers while taking into consideration risk evaluation and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). ● Develop an automated script using python to facilitate applying checks of multiple devices configurations. ● Analyze and troubleshoot network issues while taking proactive measures to resolve where possible, customer faults. ● Conduct consisting reports of new customer knowledge to ensure the team is on par with business needs.
