• Job Details:Being responsible for costs related to vessels transiting through the Suez Canal, a unique department within MSC Egypt. - Managing port costs for vessels berthing in Port Said East and Port Said West ports. - Overseeing all costs associated with Abu Qir Port, including both port and terminal costs. - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of expenses for all types of containers, including those with different danger levels and out-of-gauge (OOG) containers. - Making and organizing all payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner. These responsibilities are carried out using various ERP and internal systems, requiring strong technical proficiency and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, my role involves: - Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and ensure compliance with financial policies as well as strong understanding of operations and work flow of the Containership shipping industry.. - Demonstrating excellence in Microsoft Office Suite to manage and organize financial data efficiently. - My role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Through my work, I contribute to the smooth and cost-effective operation of our maritime activities.
