• Job Details:- Plan and Design how and where the MDF and the IDF rooms should implemented. - Installing all the devices in the racks and the monitors in the suitable locations. - Installing Ethernet cables, SFPs, and Patch cords according to the Network design. - Making sure that all devices are connected to the Power Source. - Upgrading the Firmware of all devices before configuring them. - Configure all the devices with the needed configs as per the Network Setup. (Core & Access SWs, FortiGate FW, FortiSwitch, CPU Server, AI Servers, Honeywell NVR) - Initializing, authenticating, and Configuring all Cameras with a specific range of Ips. - Installing and configuring the ProWatch on the NVR and assigning the Cameras to it. - Adjusting the camera settings from the NVR according to the Customer's requirements. - Generating Postman remote live video stream for the requested Cameras. - Delivering the Project documents with all the needed verifications and testing. - Troubleshooting and solving issues that might happen after delivering the project. - Provide technical guidance to the technicians.

L3 Network Support ExpertFull Time

• Job Details:• Act as the last level of support. Dealing with all kinds of technical problems. • Manage different solutions: Cisco Routers, Switches, Viptela SD-Wan, UCPE, DNA, WLC, Access points, ... • Perform live testing with customers and TAC engineers. • Manage both Customer's LAN & WAN. • Deploy and install sites according to the site setup design. • Traffic Packet capturing using Wireshark to identify performance issues. • Proceed with any device replacements (Routers, Switches, Access-points, Vedges, and UCPE devices). • Perform all the needed change requests. • Remote access to customer devices using Telnet/ssh/AnyDesk/TeamViewer/... • Work on several monitoring and ticketing tools.
