• Job Details:1) Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates. 2) Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to extending job offers. 3) Build and maintain relationships with various recruitment sources. 4) Design and implement talent development programs for employees at all levels. 5) Identify training and development needs and provide appropriate solutions. 6) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs. 7) Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and Development team. 8) Set goals, assign tasks, and provide support and guidance to the team. 9) Monitor team performance and provide feedback and recommendations. 10) Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to recruitment and development. 11) Prepare and present periodic reports on talent acquisition and development activities. 12) Collaborate with other departments within the organization to achieve common goals. 13) Creating and implementing all HR policies and procedures 14) Creating, implementing, the process mapping system for all departments in the company 15) Creating the annual manpower-plan, (personnel planning and recruiting) and managing all the processes of the employees testing and selection 16) Interviewing candidates at the top management-level 17) Creation of the organizational development functions which includes (Organization charts, job analysis, and job description) that increases the job satisfaction level 18) Ensure the full implementation of the reporting system and flow of information between the different departments (Identify the main ways of the internal communications) 19) Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs 20) Conducting salary surveys, and assisting in the creation of the company salary grading and structure 21) Define the organizational behavior, and culture and describe its common characteristics (Managing all the processes of the changing the organization's culture) 22) Provide greater coordination between departments and employees Work to provide greater coordination between departments and employees. 23) Coordinate and conduct periodic meetings of the departments of the company and identify the points to be discussed 24) Determine the reasons for leaving work for employees (Turnover). 25) Follow-up of social insurance and health insurance and life insurance
