• Job Details:- Handling customer inquiries, RFQs, clarifications & other requests. - Dealing with foreign vendors to get competitive prices - Issuing commercial and technical submittals - Generating expected costing, pricing, payment terms setup & cash flow projections - Order processing starting from issuing our order to the supplier, follow-up till order readiness, logistics handling, & customs clearance, - Checking on payment collection from customers with the cost control department - Sending biweekly reports to the finance department to ensure on-time vendor payment. - Periodic reports for sales activities; including quarterly analysis report that shows actual sales vs. company targets, status report & vendor reports. - Reviewing of legal documents; contracts, shipping documents, performance bonds, letters of guarantee & letters of credit. - Inventory Control - Database Administration
