• Job Details:Organize daily toolbox meetings with workers and supervisors. Investigate accident, incident and near miss report. Inspect worksites and check working conditions. Enforce safety rules during installations. Organize at least two evacuation drills per year to familiarize staff with safety procedures. Supervise the safe disposal of substances according to environmental guidelines. Ensure laws, regulations, and safety codes are understood and followed. Stop any unsafe actions or processes that do not follow safety rules. Put measures in place to prevent unsafe practices from happening again. Make sure everyone uses personal safety gear (hard hats, goggles, etc.). Update procedures and policies to meet new regulations or local requirements.

Safety Officer

• Job Details:Ensure safe work systems are in place. Organize daily toolbox meetings with workers and supervisors. Prepare monthly good manufacturing practices (GMP) reports. Create incident reports with corrective and preventive actions. Understand and follow all site-specific work rules. Apply principles of risk assessments and method statements. Attend weekly HSE meetings with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors. Develop systems to ensure all employees follow legal safety requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers on safety requirements and recommendations. Monitor workers' compensation programs, investigate incidents, analyze trends, and recommend actions to reduce risks and losses. Review incident forms, surveys, and audits to find root causes and work with supervisors to fix non-compliance issues. Participate in safety committees or act as a safety advisor, overseeing safety activities in areas like manufacturing, warehousing, or food processing.
