• Job Details:*Shift leading in terms of monitor of technicians, machines and production processes. *Full control over the consumption of raw materials and work to reduce wastage. *Making daily production reports and following up plan implementation. *Follow and adhere to all company enforce safety rules and regulations. *Follow product specifications and quality control measures. *Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently. *Train, supervise, and manage production line workers. *Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. *Contribute to continuous improvement activities. *Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
