• Job Details:1ST Project Al-Wasta Bridge-Electrical Express Train (High-Speed Train) Project Cost: 340 million EGP Location:Beni Suef-Egypt Consultant: SYSTRA & ACE Moharram-Bakhoum Project Scope Construction of Rail bridge for High-Speed Train with total length of201.4 m consisting of 8 axes, divided into 2 abutments and 6 Pier Axes with precast post tension V-shape Girder. 2ND Project South of Ayat Station Road Tunnel (High-Speed Train) Project Cost: 60 million EGP Location: Ayat-Egypt Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with contractors and consultants to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.  Monitor subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.  Survey sites to determine material needs and accurately manage inventories and budgets.  Develop and implement quality control plan to guarantee highest standards of workmanship.  Perform regular job site observations to provide direction for engineers and subcontractor.  Develop and implement construction plans according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Job Details:Project: Completing and Development of Sokhna Port (Basin 5) Project value: 1.2 billion EGP Project Scope The Total length of the quay wall is 675 m divided in 15 Parts, each part is around 45M long with Expansion joints. Total deep foundation 360 Nos. Plies, 180 Nos. Barrettes, and 255 Nos. Diaphragm walls. The super structure 675m Front Beam, 675m Back beam,180 Nos Transverse Beams, and Deck slab with area of 22275 M2. Key Responsibilities Directed and controlled project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budgeting. Checked the plan of purchases, monitored site store to provide site requirements from material and tools. Managed and guided compliance with Construction Safety instructions. Planned ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Lead Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: Construction of Rig Roads in Kuwait Oil Company Project Scope Execution of rigs roads working in oil extraction in all oil fields in Kuwait (Burgan -Al-Maqwa - Al-Ahmadi - Abdali - Al-Manaqeesh). Key Responsibilities  Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.  Scheduled a plan for implementation of new rigs roads and maintenance of existing roads.  Followed up the implementation according to the approved plan.  Developed and implemented solutions to maintain and improve rig roads at existing sites.  Ensured that safety procedures were applied for operators and equipment.
