• Job Details:• Planning annually master maintenance plan for micro powder department equipment (MPD) and following up for applying it. • Assuring the implementation and use of the appropriate (TPM) tools and methods. • Assuring to resolve technical malfunction of department’s equipment that disrupts production processes and report it to department manger. • Responsible for following power consumption and plan for reducing it. • Responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance plan for various department machinery by preparing work orders. • Monitoring and following spare parts release from warehouse and received supplied spare parts and assuring that it matches required standard. • Using SAP system to order required spare parts. • Responsible for maintaining all equipment clean according to hygiene and 5S requirements. • Evaluating maintenance technicians and according to work instructions. • Responsible for training and development for manpower • Organize department’s requirements with other departments and out sourcing suppliers according to work instruction.

Mechanical production engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for production processes and procedures of Lead oxide Mill department which produce lead oxide and delivery it to next process. • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required. • Documenting production procedures and create department standards to improve the efficiency of the production department. • Remove waste from process. • Plan and organize maintenance schedule. • Respond to breakdowns. • Report down time and possible trends.
