• Job Details:Meet with customers and gather the requirements in detail. Analyze the requirements. Design workflows and any diagrams related to solution. Prepare BRD or SRS. Communicate with technical team for development. Test the developed solution as per BRD in parallel with conducting development. Doing UAT with the customers. Prepare User guide. Test all solution features according to Business perspective and BRD or SRS and make sure all solutions are implemented successfully. Train business users. Maintain the flow if needed by coordinating with customers. Support the client.

• Job Details:Gathering Requirements from clients. Create GAP analysis. Analyze requirements and design the workflow if applicable. Send Delivery expectation date to clients. Create tasks and explain the features to software developers. Receive the deliverables from software developers and make sure all features are applied successfully. Deliver the solutions to clients. Follow up the requirements, deliverables and training plan. Train clients on solution. Support with clients to solve solution issues.
