Execution for Foreign and Local Purchases such as YSB, YC, SBM, CGM, DDG, CAREAMINO, MITHMINO, etc…  Handling Payment for The Suppliers CAD & LC.  Handle Report and Fill “Expense for Import”, “Import Monthly Status”.  Banking for Export and Import Payment Follow Up.  Follow Up Discharge, Custom Clearance, Transport and Bagging Cost.  Follow Up Review and Evaluate the Grain Commodities Market (Recent and Future) Every Day According to (Chicago Board of Trading Market) For Prices Fixation and Rolling Up Operations.  Management Shipping Documents Timely and Accurately.  Prepare and Inspecting for Import Shipping Documents.  Receive, Fill and Transfer “Purchase Order”, “Packing List” To Related Dept.  Report Import Status and Cost After Shipment Delivery.  Check Export-Import Documents (Such as: P/L, C/O, B/L and Other Client-Required Documents).  Conduct Customs Procedures.  Keep Contact Directly with Suppliers to Tackle Export-Import Tasks.  Evaluated Market Conditions, Developing Sales Strategy by Adjusting Product Pricing to Predict and Overcome Potential Complications.  Established, Trained and Directed a Customer Service Representative Team Focused On Resolving Issues and Answering General Questions.  Served as A Liaison Between the Operations Team and The Customer to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Improve Communications.  Follow Up Grain Balance in Port, And Logistics Quality Management.  Negotiated with Suppliers or Customers to Improve Supply Chain Efficiency.
