• Job Details:- Managing procurement requisitions for group of subsidiary to Matrix sports club. - Managing procurement requisition for Matrix Kafr Elshiekh branch construction location. - Managing procurement requisition for fitting out Medical & Hospital Building in logistic zone such as all electro-mechanic ,plumping ,coating , low current, HVAC, electrical works. - Prepare & manage all related BOQs. - Managing & Mentoring a team consist of assist. Manager , supervisor , section head, specialists & reps. - Managing the club’s procurement requisition such as all F&B , HK, swimming pools, academic building, sports activities & club maintenance. - Weekly meeting with procurement team to assign & follow tasks and working according to board of director’s KPI standards. - Responsible for the overall procurement to support the projects management plan. - Manage the sourcing and negotiations in order to maintain a suitable supplier base. - Work with Head of Projects to ensure supplier strategy is followed. - Identify and leverage alternative buying opportunities to source products in order to ensure that the company maintains its competitive edge. - Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure Matrix’s best interest in all procurement activities. - Issuing & tracking POs , Contracts & MOUs with suppliers & subcontractors - Regularly assess supplier performance and address any issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, or contractual compliance. - Manage centralized bulk buying, margins, markdowns etc. as well as select vendor mix in order to optimize costs.
