• Job Details:-Brand management on Raya's website -Follow up on purchase orders, delivery. -Follow up on customer complaints and work on solving them -Communicate with shipping companies when any error occurs in the delivery of the product to the customer and work to solve it as soon as possible. Communicate with the warehouse to follow up the exit of orders to the shipping company.
