• Job Details:-Handle the onboarding & offboarding process of new hires & resigned employees. -Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law. -Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes. -Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law and standards to new and existing employees. -Supports staff inquires on HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...) -Handle all hiring and termination procedures of employees: (employment offers & contracts, forms, medical insurance procedures, hiring documents, any termination related internal documentation; signed resignations, social security forms # 1, # 6 & # 2
