• Job Details:Preparing daily and weekly progress reports. • Following up with and monitoring ongoing activities for the project. • Preparing productivity reports for labor and equipment. • Preparing weekly look-ahead schedule. • Preparing presentations and dashboards to explain the current status • Coordinate and work with the QC and construction team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. • Updating the baseline schedule with current progress for the project • Responsible for submitting E.O.T and delay analysis using (SCL protocol delay and AACE recommended practice 29R‐03) • Investigate for potential delay events, Prospective and retrospective delay analysis, claim preparation and prepare early warning letters in regard to potential delay events • Report on schedule progress including EV (earned value) and PV (planned value) and deviations within all functions and parties involved in the project • Provide input to the Planning & Control Manager (Head office) for better decision-making • Develop the schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and validation activities
