• Job Details:Third party with TECNIP in MIDOR extension site, PETROJET welder test Hold point in test ENPPI. Till now Third party with EGAC in total tank site in Borg el Arab by API 653. QC&QA for the client Alfa frost for Constructing a plant Room for Ammonia Refrigeration and build 8 Refrigerators and 2 factory for packaging of frozen food with a main contractor GRADE German multinational company. Project spent 6 months with this layout: Receiving materials from pipes and fittings and equipments (static and rotating) Mechanical Fabrication and erection piping according to P&ID diagram and isometric drawings. Electrical and controlling for project. Inspection and pressure test then flashing for all circuits. Commissioning. Hand over. Third party in El Hamra Oil Company for 12 km pipeline with PETROJET. Shutdown heater line 5 in Birla Carbon Egypt with san misr one month. Shutdown Titan Cement with san misr 2 months.

• Job Details:Team leader in MIDOR with main contractor EPROM responsible on all NDT, IRIS, MFL, Phased Array and Heat Treatment work Daley rutin 250 point thickness measurement and 30 mt PT for in-service piping and static equipments. Preparing all technical reports to EPROM inspection department. Any shutdown in any unite responsible on all inspection field both Conventional and non conventional ether on piping or equipments *Shutdown in unit 11 (Coal unit) reporting to DNV and EPROM inspection department, duration of shutdown 5 days. Conventional NDT (PT, MT, UT, UT thickness survey) Non Conventional (EDDY current, PAUT) Also replacement bottom tank 4 in unit 54 after 6 days of MFL (3D floor mapping) with Upraise Team using Silver Wing machine. General Conventional NDT jobs in (Alexsteel, Talaat Moustafa, Hassan Allam, Birla Carbon Egypt, METRACO, FAS (Mall of Tanta)) on piping and pipelines and steel structure. Preparing WPS, PQR and Witness on WQT.
