• Job Details:Team leader of BOQ & technical documentation: lead the preparation of accurate bill of quantities, technical specifications for all design projects, ensuring financial viability. Oversee the preparation and management of contract documents like the BOQ & technical specifications. Prepare periodic reports on the status of preparations of BOQ & contract documents, highlight trends, recurring issues, and recommendations for process improvements. Prepare technical specifications for contract documentations.

Project Monitoring Engineer/ Line and Grade / Quantity Surveyor

• Job Details:Control the movement and storage of all tools, materials and accessories. Responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing and dispatching materials ordered/requested. Monitors balance of stock and deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment under purchase request. Receives materials, tools, equipment deliveries and checks the exact quantity and specification of items reflected in the delivery receipt (DR) and purchase order (PO). Issuance of tools and materials for project site. Prepares receiving report, material issuance slip (MIS) and other inventory accountable. Managed cost estimation and budgeting for projects involving lightweight panel materials and aluminum window systems. Conducted detailed site surveys for land development projects, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment of structures. Performed line and grade assessments to establish reference points and ensure compliance with design specifications. Utilized advanced surveying equipment (total station) to gather precise data on topography and site conditions.

Field Engineer and Surveyor (Line and Grade - Bridges)

• Job Details:Checking the quality and technical design/drawings. Providing technical guidelines and solution as per site condition. Coordinate with client for weekly accomplishment/status of the project. Providing area information and survey. Conducted precise line and grade surveys for bridge construction projects, ensuring accurate alignment and elevation specifications. Utilized advanced surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS systems, to gather and analyze site data. Collaborated with (DPWH) engineers and project managers to interpret survey results and assist in bridge design and planning. Created and maintained detailed survey documentation, including alignment plans, cross-sections, and as-built drawings. Monitored construction progress and verified compliance with design specifications throughout all phases of bridge development.
