Defect Tracking and Management: • Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes. • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of defects. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the QA lifecycle. • Implement best practices for QA processes and methodologies. • Stay updated with the latest QA tools and techniques. Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts. • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Communicate test progress, results, and any issues to stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and defects. • Generate test reports and metrics to provide insights into the quality of the product.
