• Job Details: • Customer service provider for RSA / AXA Insurance and Atlantis Limousine service. • Enter bookings/ reservations to ARMADA / CABMAN SYSTEM. • Attending call complains and requests for accident/ car replacement. • Assisting walk-in customer and checking and off hiring car returns. • Monitoring delivery and car collections in daily basis. • Assisting the RSA Insurance client for their invoice. • Assuring all request complains are resolve. • Tally from email to the rent a car system. Skills: • Knowledge in handling customer concerns, request and complaints. • Ability to communicate affectivity with staff, customer and to the public. • Organization time and management.
