• Job Details:In this job, I improved my ability to communicate with people covering a large sector. Targeting the right segment, identifying the exact needs of them by asking the proper questions and in the end being a problem solver are some of the skills I acquired at that position. Also I learned how to put strategic plans, dividing the targets into periodic action plans, organizing the tasks in order to be a self-starter and a self-finisher, presenting a positive image of the company values and products, persuading the customers, getting into effective negotiations, and doing all that with core integrity and honesty. Dealing with accounts like ( Nodcar, ministry of health,Qcap, pharmaceutical companies, oil and gas companies , ...... ) • Creating quotations & offers for the tenders as per the request from the clients / companies. • Follow up on the submitted quotations / tenders till its awarding . • Coordinating with logistics to ensure we match the customer's conditions in case we get awarded. • Following up the customer payment. • Submission of Invoices to the clients . • Handling the warranty / quality issues, if needed. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques. • Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have. • Providing technical customer support as necessary. • Responding to client communications or queries.
