• Job Details:Job Responsibilities: Analysing and optimizing fleet operations using dashboards in order to maintain consistent supply of drivers in every pool, reduce delivery time through companies inhouse fleet delivery system, encourage efficiency through incentives, place warnings or penalties of poor supply providers performances, using pool data and driver monitoring to gain deeper understanding of fully occupied pools, attend meetings with supply providers to investigate and help resolve escalated operational issues affecting the fleet, assign and unassign shifts for drivers, break down shifts to be manually selected by drivers, assist in making weekly targets for each provider as well as supply acquisition (3pl/1pl), going on ground to check progress in implementation phase. ● Skills/ knowledge Acquired: Gained a strong analytical skillset by leveraging dashboards and fleet delivery system to visualize, and interpret complex datasets, transforming them into actionable operational insights, gained a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, learning to strategically balance rider supply with order demand to optimize fleet efficiency, developed robust problem-solving skills by addressing real time logistical challenges and developed a strong understanding of how food delivery platforms operate, measure success and structure effective driver incentives.
