• Job Details:Web-based 2D/3D Medical Imaging Visualization Platform "Graduation Project" • Collaboration with Astute Imaging software company • Responsible for designing, implementing, and testing the backend using Django and PostgreSQL and integrating it with PACS Orthanc. • Implement user authentication and authorization. • Implement threading and multi-processing techniques to improve performance and access medical imaging data faster. • Create REST APIs using the Django Rest Framework, allowing seamless integration with frontend React.js. • Utilized Swagger and Postman for API testing and documentation. • Contributed to the development of the platform's frontend using HTML, CSS, React.js, WebGL, babylon.js, and cornerstone.js to create an interactive and user-friendly platform for 2D and 3D medical image visualization. • Using Docker for containerization, Azure VM for hosting, and Nginx for traffic routing. • Implemented the project using agile methodologies.
