• Job Details:Develops and maintains client relations to increase product sales. Provides technical support during live surgeries and performs experimental product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders. Conducts surveys of potential business avenues and proper methods of approach. Answers all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly. Collaborates and strategizes with the business and engineering teams. Attends workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing. Plans and assists with new product releases and events. Identifies new market opportunities and relays this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders. Makes helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
