• Job Details: Responsible for Combibloc Supply chain in Egypt to handle/provide a complete insight in the strategic and operational supply chain requirements of Egyptian customers  Supporting the local Key account manager in case of new business initiation & implementation phase with all necessary input with respect to supply chain in order to win the business with smooth process implementation.  Monitor and control customer forecast in order to lead planning process with customers & Key account Managers & Support customers on inventory planning and responsible for the stock level hold for customers and relevant KPIs  Suggest orders to customers as per forecast planning file data, in addition to end-to-end customer service and complete order processing, reporting & dashboard.  Provide Support to customers with respect to innovative supply chain solutions.  Plan and control new design process with customers and Combibloc, Establish and Review the Service Level Agreement with the markets bi-annually.  Highlight opportunities & constraints from SCM point of view, and customer service implications
