• Job Details:Oversee and manage the entire export logistics process, from order placement to final delivery. • Coordinate with various departments, including sales, purchasing, and warehousing, to ensure smooth export operations. • Prepare and submit accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, in compliance with international trade regulations. • Negotiate and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods and carriers. • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the export process. • Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date on international shipping regulations and industry best practices. • Analyze export performance and identify areas for improvement. • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize logistics processes. • Provide support and guidance to the export team.
