• Job Details:HSE Audit • Prepare the HSE internal audit plan and the HSE internal audit programme • Conduct the HSE internal audit on plants and projects • Prepare the HSE internal audit report • Ensure the effectiveness of the taken corrective action • Lead the HSE internal audit team • Conduct the HSE second party audit on the suppliers and contractors HSE Training: • Prepare the HSE training plan and annual HSE training programme • Ensure the availability and suitability of needed the training facilities • Prepare whatsoever needed training materials • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training(s) HSE compliance: • Prepare an up-to-date register of the legal requirements and the other requirements • Define the gap between the current situation of the organization and the legal requirements • Advise corrective action(s) to comply with legal requirements Investigations: • Lead the accident investigation team to identify the root cause(s) • Establish and maintain a procedure to investigate the accidents • Recommend the appropriate corrective action(s) • Set a register for all of incidences • Verify the effectiveness of the taken corrective actions HSE contractor management: • Establish and maintain a clear criteria to select the right contractor(s) • Monitor the daily work activities of the contractor(s) on site • Establish and maintain a clear criteria to evaluate the HSE performance of the contractor(s) HSE budget: • Estimate the annual HSE budget taking in consideration the financial situation of the company, the total manpower of the company, the vastness of company, the previous annual HSE budget, and the nature of the scope Managerial workers, non-managerial works and other interested parties: • Establish and maintain a risk assessment management system • Advise the senior management about HSE Aspects • Ensure the consultation and participation of all workers • Take into consideration the needs and expectations of the interested parties • Promote the safety culture and safety climate • Take a fair share in establishing or/and maintaining the safety policy • Open communication channels with workers and remove communication barriers between workers and HSE department • Motivate workers verbally or financially • Ensure that every worker does his roles and responsibilities towards health and safety

• Job Details:revise safety studies, train the newly-joined engineers on First aid treatment and Cardio Pulmonary Refreshment “CPR” , train the staff on firefighting principles , explain for the safety officers how to make: Permit-to-work “PTW” , Job safety analysis “JSA” , Journey management system “JMS” , follow the latest safety guidelines , refresher training for OSHA , update safety policy, prepare safety plan, state the safety target, promote " safety above all " & " safety is everyone's responsibility " , creates links with the third party certification authorities , prepare emergency plan , Stay tuned with public observations 24/7 as an interested party , issuing rewarding or punishment letters in association with HR director for the best performer and the violation committer , state a criteria for selecting suppliers , interviewing the safety officers and assess the current safety men , engage the senior management in safety activities

Hse EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Monitoring the safety performance of contractors and sub-contractors , implementing punishment and reward policy , preparing the observation reports and NCRs , take part in minutes of meeting , connecting with the relevant enforcing authorities e.g. : civil defense and municipalities , observing the appropriate using of PPE and availability of welfare facilities
