A. Senior HSSE AdvisorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Support Bukom to develop and maintain a sustainable safety culture that consistently delivers top quartile safety performance and ultimately delivering Goal Zero. 2. Lead, sustain, improve and embed the Blue Zone Barrier Thinking initiative across site by providing training, assessment, monitoring for compliance and enhancement of the program with staff and contractors. 3. Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end site HSSE contractor performance improvement with various contract owners/holders. To facilitate and lead delivery of pre-qualification/contractor capability assessment in accordance with HSSE-MS implementation towards Contractor HSSE management to post award monitoring assurance. To work closely with CP & site Contract Holders/Owners to verify, monitor and assess Contract HSSE risk to drive towards Goal Zero performance at the site.

B. Head Emergency Response & Fire Safety (Secondment)Full Time

• Job Details:1. Support Emergency Response and Oil Spill Preparedness Manager in ensuring development and implementation of an effective Site emergency preparedness & response (EP&R) system and well-maintained performance-based response capabilities to meet Company risk portfolio. 2. Support further improvement of the Site (Onshore and Offshore) Emergency Response Teams to ensure effective Emergency Response for industrial incident scenarios, including toxic gas / hydrocarbon releases, major industrial fires, rescue and HazMat activities in line with ROK regulations, accepted Industry Practices and international Standards 3. Develops competency requirements for various roles, specifying required training of Site Emergency Response Teams to serve in various incident management roles to operate at a high-performance standard

C. HSE Advisor (Secondment)Full Time

• Job Details:1. As Shell secondee provide HSE expert advice to Site Leadership Team. Support Production Management, Technical and Maintenance Teams in continuously development a higher standard of personal HSSE Leadership. 2. Provide expert advice/input in managing all Occupational Health & Safe Work Practices, Environmental matters & Process Safety Management for the site. 3. Liaise with Contract Owner/Administrator in ensuring Contractors HSE Management is in place and focus on the effective implementation of HSE requirements in the field. Develop and drive T/A Management Process to ensure T/A activities are planned with right HSE focus and safe execution. (2 – 3 T/A per year)
