• Job Details:•Main aspects of experience lie in the areas of IT Infrastructure, IT Services and IT Consultancy. •Design, implement, migrate, support and administration of Microsoft infrastructure Solutions. •Responsible for the architecture, deployment, administration and support of applications and desktops published via Citrix Products, Dell Wyse and Microsoft environment. •Coordination of project activities as they relate to the Citrix, VMware, Wyse and Microsoft Solutions. •Support large global business to develop and implement new offer for Applications and Desktops Cloud. •Ensure the stability, integrity and performance of Citrix based services, including XenServer, XenApp, XenDeskTop, Provisioning Server, Web Interface, SQL Server and more. •Ability to maintain, support, troubleshoots and optimize of Citrix and Wyse with Microsoft and IBM infrastructure for VDI Solutions. •Develops policies and procedures to manage technologies based on industry best practice standards. •Implement POC of Citrix Products, Dell Wyse, VMware and Microsoft Private Cloud. •Planning, Configuring and Supervising Backup, Cluster and Disaster Recovery solution for Citrix, Microsoft and VMware environment and exercises restoration procedures. •Creating Service improvement plans by analyzing the Citrix, Dell Wyse and Microsoft infrastructure for different customers. •Contribute in writing technical plans, technical operations and technical materials. •Participating in the meetings with customers for troubleshooting the issues on different Cloud and Virtualization Technologies. •Providing Remote infrastructure management to the customers. •Communicates with team members to further define needs, utilizing skills. •Build and Manage the whole System of Ministry of Interior Administration of Passports Emigration and Nationality which include: •Implement and Administrate Windows Active Directory including 6 headquarters, 56 site and over than 1500 user. •Implement and Administrate Security Devices including Stone Gate firewall and ISS Site Protector. •Implement Administrate and Monitoring Symantec Central Antivirus for 6 sites and its clients. •Configure and Administrate Hyper-V and VMware ESX. •Supervising backup and Disaster Recovery operations. •Administrate Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and 2010. •Implement Administrate and Monitoring Sanctuary I/O Access Control. •Implement Administrate and Monitoring the Network using IBM Tivoli Monitoring. •Configure and Administrate Tivoli Storage Manager TSM Server and clients on Linux Red Hat servers, Microsoft Windows Servers and AIX Servers. •Implement Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 Clustering with IBM Storage. •Configure and Administrate Windows Terminal Services. •Administrate IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM-Maximo) For Recording Problems. •Configure IBM Tivoli Provisioning Manager. •Implement Administrate and Monitoring the Passports Printing Cycle using Print Servers. •Supporting the Help Disk Team in Troubleshooting user’s problems. •Implement and Administrate SQL Server failover clustering. •Linux Servers Administration.
