• Job Details:• Controlling the quality and the compliance of all works carried out on site as per the approved drawings, method statements and ITPs. • Ensure compliance of all materials, construction activities by performing adequate inspections and tests. • Ensure that ITPs and method statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution. • Checking the delivered material is in compliance with the approved material submittals. • Ensure the resolution of quality issues at project. • Conduct quality audits to subcontractors and suppliers. • Issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance and reporting to the QA/QC Manager in case of shortage of skilled labors and/or site supervision staff. • Keep the project QA/QC manager regularly updated regarding the quality issues. • Perform adequate daily inspection of all site construction works including earth works, civil works (Foundation, Columns, Slabs, Retaining walls, form works and rebar)and finishes work (Masonry, Plaster, Marble ,Painting, Isolation and Tiling). • Review in detail of all submittals and shop drawings. • Coordinate and supervise test and inspection of independent testing labs. • Report to the QAQC Manager the results of inspections and tests, both conforming and defective, and study and recommend proper remedial actions as required. • Reject any work, which does not conform to specifications, drawings, and any other contract requirements. List of any rejection with appropriate statement including recommendation for correction will be immediately submitted to QAQC Manager for his review and action. • Review sub contractors’ / suppliers’ Quality Assurance & Control related documents and carry out QC inspections. • Support compilation of quality records – Inspection, test procedures /reports and quality dossiers as per project requirements. • Prepare and run tool box meetings with subcontractor to evaluate their technical profession and to be sure that they are totally award with Method of statement and ITP. • Prepare and send report to project control and planning team weekly about what percent achieved from target. • Run meetings with other disciplines to prepare release procedure for work.
