Product Support - Center Of Excellence (COE) - Group Parts Ordering & Expediting AdministratorFull Time
- Job Details:- Receive purchase order from territory or customer. - Review and validate the purchase order. - Determine supplying facility and mode of transportation and initiate action. - Send & Enter purchase order on supplier prior to the cut off times, including all necessary Information to successfully accept the order in the supplier system (special arrangements, packing, origin, etc.) - Receive Supplier order confirmation and acknowledgment. - Validate Supplier acknowledgment, review exceptions and back ordered parts and feedback territory & customer. - Receive territory & customer feedback and execute it as appropriate. - Expedite urgently needed parts on back order at supplier premises through CAT channels. - Report any non-sourced parts after expedition to the Group Parts Ordering & Expediting Supervisor for escalation process with supplier. - Reconcile Mantrac order system with supplier ordering system and Business Units ordering system. - Handling all Quality Control issues and wrongly supplied parts. - Make sure material is released from supplier on time as per the standard operational procedure. - Receive and review shipping documents from supplier (electronically or manually) and make sure all shipping documents are correct. - Acknowledge receipt of inquiry to requester. - Action the inquiry and find solution to the inquiry with all relevant Suppliers. - Provide solution and answer to the inquiry. - File the inquiry at its correct location on the archive server. - Handling all orders status reports concerning outstanding parts for BU's. - Handling other suppliers’ orders for all Business Units.
