• Job Details: Control and supervise distributors activities and checking target and stock  Doing Sales analysis and forecast in weekly basis to ensure achievement.  Keep and maintains relation with (KOLs )in UAE  Finalizing deals across UAE and ensure implanting it including Medical Equipment and Injectable Range (Fillers and toxin) with the team .  Handling Conferences and and workshop across UAE.  Lunching Cellfina Machine (Medical device ) across UAE and ensure success across the region .  Monitoring CRM on daily basis to reach Maximum performance of the team  Generate more local training in UAE to get more advocates and loyalty customers.  Managing and supervising Medical Representatives across my Area with required coaching and improving performance.  Provides encouragement to team members including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skills.  Responsible for doing workshops and training in UAE for Cellfina and fillers range .
