Area Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for Jazan area Projects ( 5 projects) - PM for design, supply installation, test & commissioning of pumping station, Sewage Treatment Plant 16,000 m3/day and discharge pipe line 30 km length at Beesh governorate Jazan Zone. (Value 120 M) - Design, supply installation, test & commissioning of STP 4000 m3/day at Fayfa governorate Jazan zone. (Value 11 M) - Design, supply installation, test & commissioning of STP 2000 m3/day at Al Ardah governorate Jazan zone. (Value 6 M) - Design, supply installation, test & commissioning of STP 2000 m3/day at Samtah governorate Jazan zone. (Value 6 M) - Follow up since contract awarded until start up, commissioning and handover the project. - Prepare for project kick of meeting internal and external. - Follow up engineering department to issue all engineering drawings & documents. - Prepare and arrange technical submittal along with engineering to be submitted to consultant/client for approval. - Discuss with consultant/client for technical submittal clarification. - Contacts, meeting & negotiation with clients & consultant concerning all issues related to the project. - Issue weekly and monthly reports to client/consultant and company management. - Prepare materials requisitions & perform comparisons between suppliers. - Negotiation with suppliers to get best price and shortest delivery time.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- PM for Extension & rehabilitation of industrial area waste water treatment plant (Extension 15,000 m3/day and rehabilitation of STP 15,000 m3/day) - Responsible on the project from contract coming into force till test & commissioning. - Review the contract & prepare for kick of meeting. - Review the engineering with our engineering dept. - Review the engineering with client & consultants - Technical submittal approval. - Contacts, meeting & negotiation with clients & consultant concerning all points related to the project. - Arrange with design department to issue all engineering drawings & documents. - Prepare materials requisitions & perform comparisons between suppliers. - Prepare & review Purchase orders

Sr. Projects EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for the following activities: - - PM for STP 2,000 m3/day for Aramco Facility at Khorais Area - PM for 3 nos. RO Plants for PEPSI Cola international company Riyadh industrial area. - Responsible on the project from contract coming into force till test & commissioning. - Review the contract & prepare for kick of meeting. - Review the engineering with our engineering dept. - Review the engineering with client & consultants - Technical submittal approval. - Contacts, meeting & negotiation with clients & consultant concerning all points related to the project. - Arrange with design department to issue all engineering drawings & documents. - Prepare materials requisitions & perform comparisons between suppliers.
