• Job Details:Oversaw terminal maintenance for liquid bulk terminal at Ain Sokhna, Egypt with a total capital investment of $600MM for the purpose of constructing and operating Bulk Liquids Terminal facilities for the import, export and storage of gasoil, LPG and Ammonia. The Project is crucial to Egypt’s energy security, installing the necessary infrastructure at the Sokhna Port to help Egypt meet its growing requirement for gasoil, LPG, and natural gas imports. Led the development of the maintenance organizational structure and yearly action plans. Directed the maintenance team recruitment process and training plans. Ensured compliance with local equipment/area regulations. Collaborated with EPC contractors on the development of maintenance team during commissioning/startup activities. Built and established the work safe control system (Permit To Work PTW) elements and print out booklet in preparation for the handover from commissioning phase.
