- Job Details: Support VP, Directors and senior managers with daily tasks, dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries, Applying office policies and procedures. Organize and make excel sheet for establish documents, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers. Handle clientsand administrative duties, analyze and improve office processes and policies, and ensure that the office operates smoothly. Follow up to receive the Unit from the Project management, solve the problem after sales and deal with customer face to face. Follow up to Collect Public maintenance and garden differences. Follow up the implementation of requests and wishes of customers after receipt. Follow up the registration of application on the (CRM) and tracking documents on Oracle ERP system.
