• Job Details:• Responsible for Monthly Analysis of All GL Accounts. • Responsible for Monthly Analysis of AP, Supplier’s Down Payments, Petty Cash, Notes Payable, and Prepaid Expenses. • Create vendors on the Procurement system and ensure that all documents related to the vendor are completed. • Review invoices for appropriate documentation using three-way matching. • Prepare the payments for all due invoices. • Responsible for All assets Addition and Fixed Assets register Up to date. • Complies and Sorts Documents such as Invoices Journals and Checks. • Responsible for Matching between the Purchase Order system and Supplier Invoices for Accuracy. • Prepares Documents for internal and external Audit and Supports in Audit tasks. • Prepares Documents for Tax Inspections. • Responsible for Tax Deduction from suppliers & and VAT tax.

Customer Service OfficerFull Time
