• Job Details:Mechanical Owner representative in Seashell Resort in North Coast, responsible of reviewing and evaluate all the mechanical system, “Plumbing, HVAC, Utilities networks, WTP, WWTP,..etc.” and any other related work, such as Shop Drawings, invoices, offers. Also managing a small engineering team to maintain the required work quality in the target time.

PME Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Review and edit the bedding documents. • Negotiate with the subcontractor for the best price. • Insure getting the best material prices from the vendors. • Review and implement the project time schedule. • Follow up the QS department to get the exact bill of quantity. • Finalizing the contracts with the subcontractors and with the main contractor as well. • Follow up the technical office to assure finalizing the shop drawings. • Follow up the RFI action and checking for the change order required. • Attending every meeting in and off site. • Coordinate between the different subcontractors to get the job accomplished in time. • Preparing and doing the site mobilization and the demobilization. • Follow up the deficiency list, working list and punch list fixation. • Follow up the QC department with the QC manager. • Implementing the safety regulation required by the site standard. • Leading a weekly site meeting to follow up the work process, and planning for the next project schedule.

Mechanical Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Follow up the design and shop drawing portion. • Meeting with the Consultancies and the owner to finalize the hanging issues. • Managing the work procedure to match the scheduled project time. • Maintain the quality required as per the specification in site. • Meeting with the subcontractor to manage their time schedule. • Managing the material takeoff and follow up the purchasing order. • Solving and coordinate any conflict appear through the exceutive work. • Assuring the material coming to the site as per the required of the specification. • Follow up and orgainzing the start up for each equipment with their reletave agent. • Follow up the steel structural shop drawings and taking off the shortage of the arrivale materials. • Follow up the steel structural eriction in site, and prepering for the missing material or tools. • Maintane the moblization area water, drainage and A/C working in order. • Follow up the labors paper work “over time, daily report, ---etc.”
