• Job Details: I am very well oriented in hotel business, I work now as Resident Mgr in charge. following up all day to day operations, handling guest's complaints & solving the problems to have smooth, satisfactory & high performance levels. I was working as training consultant with the "Egyptian Tourism Federation" in the national project. Specialized in hotels, conducting the courses of leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, time management, managing employees performance and finance for non-financials. These topics are supported by large and concrete experiences along years working in city hotels, resorts, floating hotels with international chains ( Sheraton, Hilton and Ramada ) and private hotels. Having commitment to maintaining quality standards to satisfy the guests to meet & exceed their expectations to get the best profitability.
