• Job Details:Review project specifications, latest revision of drawings and construction code prior to development the relevant inspection and test plan(s). • Inspection of incoming materials, mark defected ones for repair or replacement and verify their traceability per project specifications. • Verify availability of the applicable and approved WPSs prior to commencement of welding activities. • Check dimensions orientation and fit up to drawings and release for welding when all are within tolerances. • In process (welding) inspection including verification of welding consumables released to welders are in conformance with approved WPSs, electrodes are properly maintained, preheating is being done as per approved and applicable WPSs and check amperage and voltage randomly during welding and verify that each welder write his ID number beside each weld joint he completes. • Visual Inspection of all completed welds, prepare daily welding report, prepare requests for NDT when required as per ITP and welds. Collect all NDT reports for inclusion with final release.

QC Mechanical Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Work as QC mechanical Check positioning of pumps and alignment of rotor regards to acceptance in procedure Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection • MBCC - TKIS - Coal Mill Project installation beginning from receiving material, checking embedded parts and foundation, templates installation Coal Mill drop checks, checking clearances, pre-alignment ,pump check , run-out for rotor ending by final alignment and checking keys clearance and welding. • Steel Structure Installation beginning From Receiving Material, Checking Alignment And Verticality , bolt tight , ending by final alignment and checking keys clearance and welding • Erection related QC activities of (Mill , filter stack, bag filter, Bulk bin &Separator, coal pumps, and blowers,CO2 Piping , Compressed Air Piping , Water Piping……) by performing walk-down and tests • Preparing for flushing and performing flushing after hydro-test • Develop punch List of incomplete work • Project closing out by developing punch list of incomplete work. • Daily routine inspection at the site pipe spool fabrication shop including review fit-up and approved WPSs, verify complete marking transfer, monitor welding, visual inspection of completed welds • Witnessing welders’ qualification and evaluate test results (visual inspection) as per the requirements of code ASME IX • Inspection of installed stationary and rotary equipment including alignment, orientation and grouting. • Erection related QC activities of fabricated pipe spools including axis and coordinates verification, strain free erection on equipment, inspection of site welding, bolt tightening. Generally, verify all site works are done according to project specifications and construction code. • Liaise with client inspector to resolve outstanding quality issues, nonconformities, concessions ...etc.

QC Mechanical Engineer Full Time

Collect all NDT reports for inclusion with final release. • Regularly, review ITP to ensure all entries are signed and dated at each fabrication phase. • Control trial assembly, if required, to ensure all parts, openings and holes are matched and dimensions and orientation conform to drawings. • Witness hydro testing / leak test, when applicable, for storage tanks including review pressure gauges calibration, time of test and inspection of weld seams and finally signing and dating hyrotest report. • Report to Senior QC Manager on daily progress of inspection activities, non-conformities and any obstacles and potential problems. • Liaise with client inspector to resolve outstanding quality issues, nonconformities, concessions,....etc. • Maintain all inspection records including traceability, visual, dimension, NDT and release reports. Prepare the final manufacturing book and hand over to client when required
