• Job Details:o Audit quarterly cash balances reporting (Liquidity reports). o Audit monthly and quarterly EFSA- Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority -reports. o Audit Wages and salaries. o Audit Provisions. o Audit tax computations (salary tax- withhold tax – stamps and Tax) o Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements (Statement of financial position, Statement of profit and loss &Cash flow statement). O Draw up monthly and daily financial reports required (Premium and production report, and aging clients, balance of cash, Checks under collection, Unearned Revenue). o Assets in preparing budgets and forecasts. o Authority for Disburse petty cash & checks within the limits of the responsibilities entrusted to it o Discuss collection reports with Accounts executive department through Meeting collection to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. o Review trail balance and map new account to disclosures a financial report. o Auditing current accounts with related party companies o Prepare disclosure combined with financials. o Discuss with audit the presentation of financial statement and disclosures. o Review premium collection and reconcile between insurance system and accounting system on a monthly basis. o Monitoring the implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

• Job Details:o Audit journal entries. o Prepare quarterly cash balances reporting (Liquidity reports). o Audit Wages and salaries. o Audit tax computations (salary tax - vat tax - withhold tax) o Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements (Statement of financial position, Statement of profit and loss &Cash flow statement). o Draw up monthly and daily financial reports required by Med Gulf (Premium and production report, and aging clients, balance of cash, cheque under collection, Unearned Revenue). o Assets in preparing budgets and forecasts. o Audit Account/bank reconciliations and fixed Asset depreciation. o authority for Disburse petty cash o Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. o Review trail balance and map new account to disclosures a financial report. o Auditing current accounts with related party companies o Prepare disclosure combined with financials. o Discuss with audit the presentation of financial statement and disclosures. o Prepare files of inspection tax o Prepare insurance report related to Med Gulf Bahrain. o Review premium collection and reconcile between insurance system and accounting system on a monthly basis. o Resolves collection by examining customer payment plans,payment history, credit line; Coordinating contact with collections department (through Meeting collection) o Monitoring the implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
