• Job Details:Responsible for the safety and welfare of all passengers and crew onboard. To represent the company in a professional manner and represent the country’s culture. I was promoted to work in premium class and I was issued a complement letter from the management. At the beginning of each flight, we were responsible for security checks before the flights, assist the customers to their seats, make final safety checks, distribute the in-flights entertainment headphones, hot towels, heat and distribute meals, collect of meals, service hot and cold drinks, attend any additional requests and make final safety checks for landing. I passed all courses related to cabin crew job such as : security curses, safety curses, first aid curse, dangerous good curse, CRM curse and other curses concern the customer services
