• Job Details:Developing the yearly consolidated Budget and rolling Business plan for the holding company following a cost reduction tactics with highly performance trackers for all the departments; Providing key analytical information about each project with detailed Technical-Financial justifications for any variances from the budgeted; Review the actuals vs the budget each month and discuss the variances with each department; Attending budget meetings with the user departments to discuss the budget in details; Receiving and reviewing the POs from the line departments and send it to the Budget-unit Head for approval; Designing accounting templates including financial models, to assist the finance manager for better analysis and give him insights for the financial performance for each cost center. Responsible for the monthly reporting packages including Income statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; Running and compiling monthly financial reports; Running and uploading the monthly financial packages to Oracle Hyperion Running and uploading the monthly financial packages to FinRep SAP Consolidate the financial statements and review the quarter performance over the subsidiaries Develop waterfall variance justifications for each project and assess the KPIs with the targets each month Lead the discussions for the actual vs budget and confront the user departments with the variances. Generating financial reports from multiple ERP systems and checking for data integrity Recommending system changes to increase reporting efficiency
