• Job Details:Strategy to build a centralised compounding centre for clinical nutrition and distribute the clean mixed bags to various hospitals. o The centralised compounding centre will serve as training centre for various hospital to mix the clinical nutrition , oncology and narcotics preparation. o Obtained the project acceptance of the Regulatory Authority ( RA ). o Audit and registration of compounding center would be conducted based on guidelines issued by RA. o Products used in compounding must be registered in the country , however we received the exception to submit the NTA (Notice to Applicants) content of the file after simple copy paste to RA format. o Supply to hospitals can only be done by registered compounding center and not by other hospital pharmacies, a guideline which will be done by RA o Confirmation that compounded bags are not registered and can be used without registration will be obtained after the formulae submission.
