• Job Details:- Lead supply chain management’ operations departments: Logistics (Warehouse, materials dispensing, fleeting and shipping), Planning (MRP, MPS, inventory control and production Planning & control), Purchasing (local, foreign purchasing include importing process). - Leadership of 22 employees and 3 section heads, promoting the maturity increase of the team, encouraging the innovative process of each activity and promoting the opening of communications between supply chain management departments. - Manage the preparations of related consolidated annual budget and forecast per SKU and developing demand planning process in coordination with sales and marketing departments. - Monthly preparation and presentation of S&OP review to the leadership team which include brand related to supply chain management KPIs, customer satisfaction, inventory projection and write-off actuals / projections. - Leadership in process of business expansion through launching of new products on time include achieve the toll manufacturing products in their manufacturing sites. - Increase customer service levels to 95% by achieving OTIF (on time in full) for backlog of local private, tender and export sales orders. - Cut inventory levels to 45 inventory days for raw & packaging materials and 30 inventory days finished goods without interruption for production processes and products availability in market. - Reduce local shipping and freight costs by 20% against projected annual budget. - Managing the outsourcing purchasing process of the raw materials (active ingredients, nutraceuticals, narcotics, excipients) & packaging materials. - Maintain cost saving up to 5% annually of raw & packaging and MRO purchased materials. - Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs department to fulfil the requirements for new materials and pilot batches to finalize the new products registration process. - Prepare and execute of the supply chain training plan for supply chain team and review their job descriptions and the related required S.O.P.’s to comply with GMP regulations.

Supply Planning Manager “Team Leader” – Supply Chain ManagementFull Time

• Job Details:- Lead supply chain management’ operations departments: Logistics (Warehouse, materials dispensing, fleeting and shipping), Planning (MRP, MPS, inventory control and production Planning & control), Purchasing (local, foreign purchasing include importing process). - Achieved the ex-factory sales budget and annual production plans for almost 13 years based on the annual sales forecast of 35 product families. - Monthly preparation and presentation of S&OP review to the leadership team which include brand related to supply chain management KPIs, customer satisfaction, inventory projection and write-off actuals / projections. - Increase customer service levels to 95% by achieving OTIF (on time in full) for backlog of local private, tender and export sales orders. - Contribute successfully in launching of 15 new products families on time in period from 2015 till 2018 include 2 injectable products families as toll manufacturing in other companies “SPIMACO”& “ARABIO”. - Arranging and contribute in negotiating and finalizing the Supply contracts with licensors for our license products. - Efficient use of company recourses by utilizing the production capacity of 3 manufacturing work centers and 7 packaging lines (3 automatic lines for SAJA products & 4 manual for sub-contract secondary packaging products of Novartis, Sanofi & Janssen Cilag companies. - Cut inventory levels to 60 inventory days for raw & packaging materials and 30 inventory days finished goods without interruption for production processes and products availability in market. - Prepare and achieve the MPS & MRP for SAJA products and sub-contract secondary packaging products of Novartis & Sanofi multinational companies according the market demand priorities. - Manage and monitor the warehouse & logistics operation and processes from receiving and storing the raw & packaging materials till shipping the finished products according to the backlog sales orders for local and export markets. - Reduce local shipping and freight costs by 20% against projected annual budget. - Managing the purchasing process of the raw materials (active ingredients, nutraceuticals, narcotics, excipients) & packaging materials. - Contribute in suppliers’ evolution, audit and certification team with the other concerned departments to ensure the availability of the qualified and certified suppliers. - Maintain cost saving up to 5% annually of raw & packaging and MRO Purchased materials. - Prepare and execute of the supply chain training plan for supply chain team and review their job descriptions and the related required S.O.P.’s to comply with GMP regulations.

Deputy Materials Manager:Full Time

• Job Details:- Lead materials management’ operations departments: Logistics (Warehouse, materials dispensing and shipping), Planning (MRP, MPS, inventory control and production Planning & control), Purchasing (local, foreign purchasing include importing process). - Scheduling & confirming expected delivery dates of the received sales order according the market demand priorities on Oracle ERP system and follow up to achieve the target percentage of the on time in full (OTIF) of sales orders. - Issuing & reviewing Finished products, bulk and Raw / packaging item codes and products’ BOMs, routings and recipes on Oracle ERP system. - Sourcing and importing the raw, Bulk and packaging materials, Materials. - Prepare monthly & weekly production plans with ensure the availability of the required materials based on master production schedule. - Organizing and performing daily planning meeting with production, warehouse and other concerned departments. - Manage and monitor the warehouse & logistics operation and processes from receiving and storing the raw & packaging materials till shipping the finished products according to the backlog sales orders for local and export markets. - Issuing work orders on Oracle ERP system along with the related batch records to arrange the required materials and proceed production processes.
