• Job Details:RCHSD is one of the largest children's hospitals in the US, nationally ranked in a number of pediatric specialties. My roles: - Assessing the current situation in detail and providing a full situation assessment and organization readiness report including (data readiness, IT readiness, business readiness, technology readiness, and infrastructure readiness). - Interview stakeholders and decision-makers and gather current and future use cases and requirements. - Interview IM team members to understand current and future systems and solutions. - Defining, wireframing, and documenting all stakeholder's requirements. - Build the entire organization's business intelligence and data analytics road map and technical architecture that fit business constraints and technology preferences. - Building the initiative detailed plan and milestones. - Providing recommendations on the proper technology stack, tools, and technologies for each component of the technical architecture. - Provide a variety of training sessions for the business in technical teams to help them apply the best practices in requirements discovery, BI project management, data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, data quality management, data governance, metadata management, data visualization, and data storytelling. - Building the internal BI community and center of excellence and building the community engagement strategy. - Building the change management and initiative adoption strategy. - Building data learning and education strategy for both the technical and business teams, - Building the user's support strategy, deployment, and maintenance strategy, etc. - Providing a detailed report with initiative ROI, and the estimated budget and resources.
