Boutique ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Support the boutique team by all means to achieve the monthly sales budget target. This includes the organization and implementation of retail office initiatives to grow and drive the business Controlling over the sales process • Co-ordination of staffing issues where necessary, including holiday, and rotas, overtime and training needs. Prepare required documentation for Managers signature. Dealing with sickness records, and any other legal/personnel issues working in conjunction with the H.R department • Ensure team spirit of the boutique with clear lines of communication existing between all members of staff within the boutique. Motivate and encourage a diverse and experienced team. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing customer’s feedback, establishing personal networks. • Housekeeping – Control all aspects of the same, ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained
